PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
This process is essential for creating the right product for our clients. Our product development team ensures to review latest fashion trends and our client requirements inline of those trends and develop the products accordingly. Our team is proactive in their approach and are always learning and keeping up with the latest fashion trends.
MERCHANDISING & PRE-PRODUCTION
Pre-production stage begins after the buyers place their orders. Our merchandising team ensures to provide competitive prices to our buyers by negotiating strongly with our vendors and when the order is being placed the team ensures that our buyers get the correct samples on timely basis. We believe in a very swift communication with our buyers and vendors and ensure that both the parties are in loop with regards to all the information which needs to be shared. Secondly our team is also responsible to complete the pre-production stage at a given deadline so that the production doesn’t suffer and our buyer gets the shipments on time with their desired quality. They are also responsible for coordinating and communicating with our quality team about the orders which are running in the factories and ensures that all the information related to the relevant orders are being passed and explained to them.

Production is the main thing in the whole production order process. That follows every detail during the entire procedure. Most importantly production is essential as it makes the process for the product to be sent to the required customer on time. Time is money and we stand by it.
quality control
We examine our products with a series of tests. Our quality control department ensures to conduct regular quality inspections be it inline inspection, pre-final inspection or final inspection so that our product meets required quality standards. We go through a series of checklists where a thorough examination of the samples and production is being done at early stages. We proactively communicate possible problems with the process, raw materials or product to clients and vendors helping to resolve issues early in the process.
